What you will do:

MuscleConditioning: Using freeweights, bands and balls, this conditioning class increases muscular strength and endurance. Define your entire body, increase bone density,burn fat and reduce injury.

Circuit Training:   A combination of high intensity aerobics and resistance training, this class is easy to follow, targets fat loss,builds muscle and increases cardio strength. A must do!!!

Pilates:  A series of non-impact exercises working to improve core strength and develop flexability and balance. An added bonus is that  it also allieviates back pain and other ailments.

Price:

  • Sign up for 1 class per week for $165.00 – 10 week session
  • Sign up for 2x per week for $285.00 (get a free class) – 10 week session
  • Sign up 3x per week for $405.00 (3 free classes ) - 10 week session
  • If you come for a single class it is $20.00
