I started exercising when spandex and thong workout outfits were “IN”. My first class was step aerobics and I never felt so clumsy in my life.  I was the awkward girl at the back, uncoordinated, goofy… and totally embarrassed.  However, a little voice inside me said “Keep Going!” 

By the third class I felt I was actually “getting it” and quickly my self-confidence sky-rocketed.  I was hooked.  I felt a sense of accomplishment and I’ve never looked back.

If you choose fitness because you want to make a positive change in your life you will be greatly rewarded.

You will think and feel better. You will feel more centered and emotionally balanced. As a bonus your body will look and feel better.
