The misconception that Aqua fitness is for older people is long gone. Aqua fitness is a no impact workout. It is "easy" on the joints and "hard" on the muscles -- and quite the cardio workout to boot.
I am a Canadian Aqua Fitness Leaders Alliance (CALA) Graduate since 1998.
